1Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Conjora's enterprise IT consulting services for financial services and insurance clients (conjora.ie) — the enquiry form and related commercial engagement. Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland, is the Data Controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.
Conjora Limited also operates a separate portfolio of consumer applications (MuscleYou, Patrol.ie, BusinessBooster.ie, and others). Those products are covered by a distinct apps Privacy Policy, not this page.
2What Data We Collect
Enquiries
When you submit the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and a description of what you are trying to solve.
Technical data
Standard request metadata (IP address, browser) used for anti-spam verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limiting on the enquiry form.
We do not process payment or health data through this site — consulting engagements are billed separately under the agreed Statement of Work.
3How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule a discovery call
- To maintain a record of prospective and current client relationships
- To send a confirmation email acknowledging your enquiry
- To prevent spam and abuse of the enquiry form
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
4Third Parties We Share Data With
Delivers your enquiry to our team mailbox, where it is held, and sends the confirmation email.
Hosts the website and processes requests to it.
Cookieless, aggregate website analytics. Nothing is stored in your browser and no cross-site profile is built.
Bot/spam verification on the enquiry form, where enabled.
5Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Website analytics run without cookies or other browser storage. Cloudflare Turnstile, where enabled on the enquiry form, may use strictly necessary technical data to distinguish people from bots.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@conjora.ie. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
7Data Retention & Security
Enquiry and lead data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the prospective or ongoing client relationship, or as required for legal or tax purposes (typically up to 7 years under Irish law for engaged clients). Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 24 months before deletion, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Enquiries are held in our Google Workspace mailbox, transmitted over HTTPS, and access is limited to the people who respond to them.
