1Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services operated by Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Conjora Limited. Conjora Limited is the Data Controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.
Our products include MuscleYou, FitHerStrong, Fit40Strong, 6 Pack Club, ShreddedAI, BusyGains, DeficitCoach, RunnerStrong, CheckIreland.ie, Patrol.ie, BusinessBooster.ie, Conjora.ie, all V-brand products, ConfirmedPro, TradeQuote, QuoteWin, and all other current and future Conjora products.
2What Data We Collect
Account data
Name, email address, and profile information you provide (e.g. fitness goals, location for neighbourhood features).
Payment data
We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle may share transaction metadata (subscription status, payment date, amount) but never raw card data.
Usage data
Anonymised usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve our products. This data does not identify you personally.
User-generated content
For products like Patrol.ie or V-Remember, you may submit content (alerts, photos, messages). This is stored to deliver the service.
Calculator inputs
Figures entered into CheckIreland.ie calculators are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
4Third Parties We Share Data With
Payment processing and billing as Merchant of Record.
Authentication, database hosting, and application infrastructure. EU-region servers where available.
Anonymised usage analytics. IP addresses are anonymised.
Transactional email delivery.
AI content generation. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI APIs.
5Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and core functionality. Some products use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) which can be declined via our cookie banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7Data Security & Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal or tax purposes (typically up to 7 years under Irish law).
We implement encrypted data storage via Google Firebase, HTTPS across all products, and access controls limiting who can access user data.
