1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services operated by Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Conjora Limited. Our products include MuscleYou, FitHerStrong, Fit40Strong, 6 Pack Club, ShreddedAI, BusyGains, DeficitCoach, RunnerStrong, CheckIreland.ie, Patrol.ie, BusinessBooster.ie, Conjora.ie, all Find It regional directory sites, all V-brand products (V-Remember, V-Neighbourhood, V-Student, V-Homefix, and others), ConfirmedPro, TradeQuote, QuoteWin, SalaryCheck.ie, Selfish.ie, and all other current and future Conjora products.

Conjora Limited is the Data Controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.

2. What Data We Collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you provide (e.g. fitness goals, location for neighbourhood features).

Payment data: We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle may share transaction metadata with us (subscription status, payment date, amount) but never raw card data.

Usage data: We collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve our products. This data does not identify you personally.

User-generated content: For products like Patrol.ie or V-Remember, you may submit content (alerts, photos, messages). This is stored to deliver the service.

Calculator tools (CheckIreland.ie and similar): Figures entered into calculators (rent amounts, salary, etc.) are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver, maintain, and improve our services
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications, plan updates)
  • To send product-related communications where you have opted in
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 4.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

  • Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and billing. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment data under their own privacy policy.
  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database hosting, and application infrastructure. Data is stored on EU-region servers where available.
  • Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics on certain products. IP addresses are anonymised.
  • Nodemailer / Google Workspace SMTP — transactional email delivery.
  • Google Gemini API — AI content generation. Prompts may be processed by Google's API under their terms. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI APIs.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in compliance with GDPR.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and core functionality. Some products use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) which can be declined via our cookie banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings on each product.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records under Irish law).

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission: dataprotection.ie.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data storage via Google Firebase, HTTPS across all products, and access controls limiting who within Conjora Limited can access user data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at privacy@conjora.ie and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users where possible.
