1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service govern your use of all products and services operated by Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Our products include:

• Fitness Apps: MuscleYou, FitHerStrong, Fit40Strong, 6 Pack Club, ShreddedAI, BusyGains, DeficitCoach, RunnerStrong
• Irish Tools: CheckIreland.ie and all associated calculators and tools
• Community Safety: Patrol.ie
• Business Services: BusinessBooster.ie, Conjora.ie (IT consulting)
• Directory & Listings: Find It In Australia, Find It In Ireland, and all regional FindIt sites
• V-Brand Products: V-Remember, V-Neighbourhood, V-Student, V-Homefix, V-Butler, V-Route, V-Deal, V-Guide, V-Let, V-Score, V-Sentinel, V-Vetting, V-Workers, V-Active, V-Directory, V-Universe, V-Knowledge, V-Growth, V-Ecosystem
• Trade Platforms: ConfirmedPro, TradeQuote, QuoteWin
• Other: SalaryCheck.ie, Selfish.ie, and all other current and future products under the Conjora umbrella

By using any of these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for users aged 18 or over. By registering or making a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 are not permitted to register or make purchases without parental consent.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments for paid tiers across all Conjora products are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and receipts on behalf of Conjora Limited. Your billing contract is with Paddle; Conjora Limited is responsible for service delivery.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the Paddle customer portal.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions across all Conjora products. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial payment, contact us at billing@conjora.ie for a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of initial payment. Cancellations after the refund window take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Paddle.

5. Free Tiers & Trial Access

Many Conjora products offer a free tier with limited features. Free tier access is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

6. AI-Generated Content

Several Conjora products use artificial intelligence to generate fitness plans, nutritional guidance, business content, legal information summaries, financial estimates, or other outputs. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, financial, legal, or any other regulated advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated output, particularly in matters of health, finance, or law.

7. Informational Tools & Calculators

Tools such as rent checkers, salary comparisons, tax calculators, and similar features on CheckIreland.ie and related products use publicly available data from official Irish government sources (RTB, CSO, Revenue.ie, Property Price Register, SEAI). Results are estimates only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. Always verify results with the relevant official source or a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and design across Conjora products are the proprietary property of Conjora Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from Conjora Limited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse any Conjora service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, using automated tools to scrape or abuse our platforms, submitting false or misleading information, impersonating others, or using our services for any unlawful purpose under Irish or EU law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conjora Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Conjora service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account and subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at billing@conjora.ie.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any Conjora service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users where possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. As an EU-based company, we comply with all applicable EU consumer protection regulations including the Consumer Rights Directive and the EU Digital Services Act.
