By using any of these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2Eligibility
Our services are intended for users aged 18 or over. By registering or making a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 are not permitted to register or make purchases without parental consent.
3Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the Paddle customer portal.
4Refund Policy
All Conjora products are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase and accessing the service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted, as permitted under applicable consumer law (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(m)).
Payments are non-refundable once access to the service has been granted. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the event of a verified technical fault preventing access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See the full Refund Policy for details.
5Free Tiers & Trial Access
Many Conjora products offer a free tier with limited features. Free tier access is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
6AI-Generated Content
Several Conjora products use artificial intelligence to generate fitness plans, nutritional guidance, business content, or other outputs. All AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, financial, legal, or any other regulated advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated output.
7Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and design across Conjora products are the proprietary property of Conjora Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8User Conduct
You agree not to misuse any Conjora service, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, using automated tools to scrape our platforms, submitting false information, impersonating others, or using our services for any unlawful purpose under Irish or EU law.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conjora Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via account settings or by contacting billing@conjora.ie.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. As an EU-based company, we comply with all applicable EU consumer protection regulations including the Consumer Rights Directive and the Digital Services Act.
