Refund Policy

Digital Product Refund Policy

All Conjora products are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. This includes AI-generated plans, CV and interview tools, SaaS platforms, browser extensions, and other software products.

By completing your purchase and accessing the service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content or service has begun, as permitted under applicable consumer law (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

Due to the digital nature of the service, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the service, please contact support at billing@conjora.ie and we will investigate the issue.


Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. No partial-period refunds are issued.

Browser extensions and productivity tools
BusinessBooster.ie subscriptions
All V-brand products
Any current or future Conjora paid product

Payment Processing

All Conjora payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax, and invoicing on behalf of Conjora Limited. For queries about a specific charge, contact billing@conjora.ie.
