All paid subscriptions across every Conjora product carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your initial payment, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions on products operated by Conjora Limited, including:

We will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank, processed via Paddle.
The 7-day refund window begins from the date of your initial payment for a given subscription. It does not reset on renewal. Refund requests received after 7 days from initial payment are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellations after the 7-day window take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations outside the refund window.
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies once per customer, per product. Repeat refund requests on the same account for the same product will not be honoured.
All Conjora payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle. If you have queries about a specific charge on your bank statement, contact billing@conjora.ie.
