How to Request a Refund
Email billing@conjora.ie within 14 days of your initial payment with:
- The email address used to register
- The product name
- The approximate date of payment
We will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, processed via Paddle.
Refund Window
The 14-day refund window begins from the date of your initial payment for a given subscription. It does not reset on renewal. Refund requests received after 14 days from initial payment are not eligible under this guarantee.
Cancellations After the Refund Window
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellations after the 14-day window take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations outside the refund window.
One Refund Per Customer
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies once per customer, per product. Repeat refund requests on the same account for the same product will not be honoured.
