I was charged but can't access my account.

Email support@conjora.ie with your registered email address. We'll verify the payment and restore access within a few hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account, go to Settings → Subscription, and click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

I want a refund — am I eligible?

If you're within 14 days of your initial payment, yes. Email billing@conjora.ie with your registered email and the product name.

I can't log in and forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If that doesn't work, email support@conjora.ie and we'll manually reset your access.

My AI-generated plan doesn't look right.

AI outputs are generated based on your inputs. Re-generate with more specific goals, or email support@conjora.ie if there's a technical error.
